Whether you are alone, or in a group ... looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, or just need a change of scenery ... this is truly the place for you. Relax, read, lay back, and smell the pines on the shore of a pristine lake. Enjoy an abundance of wildlife, wild flowers, loons, eagles, and of course marvelous fishing. Within a 20 mile radius you will find antique shops, bike and snowmobile trails, golf course, horseback riding, cross-country and downhill skiing, casino's, go-cart racing, gift shops, theatres, candy shops, and other stores and shopping in abundance ... as well as excellent dining in our many wonderful restaurants and pubs.

Big Sand Lake

Big Sand Lake is a 1400-acre lake with over 60% of its shoreline natural (and fishermen should note the 60' deep hole on the east-end). Fish include trophy musky, walleye, large & small mouth bass, crappies, northern pike, perch, and blue gills.

Each cottage includes: VCR, TV, Microwave, Full Kitchen with modern, up-to-date Appliances, Utensils (tableware,pots & pans etc.), Charcoal Grills, Picnic Tables, Free Firewood - where fireplace is provided, Private Piers 40' to 90' long, Extra Freezers (see descriptions), Fish Cleaning Facilities, Free 14' alum. Boat with each unit, 6-horse and 9.5-horse motors available at extra cost plus gas. Blankets, Pillows, & Bed Pads are provided, however, we do not furnish sheets, pillowcases, or towels

In addition to the amenities listed, the cottages share a nice lawn, a swing, lawn chairs, lakeside fire pit, sandbox, and a fish cleaning facility (with electricity and water) are also included.

June, July, and August:
• 2 guests - $535.00 a week
• 3 to 4 guests - $575.00 a week

May, September, October:
• Up to 4 guests - $550.00 a week

Extra guests after 4 - during all months:
• $45.00 per day per adult or child over 12, or $150.00 per week
• $35.00 per day per child age 5 through 12, or $75.00 per week

Short week rates - Call for availability on Daily Rentals and Off Season only
• $95.00 per couple per night, or $125.00 per night for 3 or 4 people.
2 night minimum – after 3 nights the weekly rate will apply.

We have weekly rates from June 1 to Aug 31st, and reduced weekly rates from Sept. 1 to May 31st. We also offer daily off-season accommodation rates from Sept. 1 to May 31st with a 2-day or 2 night minimum.

• All cabin rental rates and extra charges are subject to county and Wisconsin state sales tax of 5.5% (no room tax).
• Check-in Time on Saturday is 2pm.
• Check-out Time on Saturday is 9am.
• A $100.00 deposit is required for each weekly cottage reservation.
• A $50.00 deposit is required for weekends and partial weeks. In event you must cancel, six weeks notice is required for refund.
• All accounts have to be paid by Friday Noon at the Ginks.
• Sorry, no credit cards accepted.
• Tents on property: $35 per night / $175.00 per week
• Sorry, No pets allowed.

BOATS: One 14' Aluminum Boat furnished with each rental.
Additional boats ..........$25.00 per day. $70.00 per week.

MOTORS AVAILABLE: (Gas Extra)
6 horse ......................... $35.00 per day or $125.00 per week.
9.5 horse ...................... $45.00 per day or $145.00 per week.

BOAT & MOTOR RENTAL, ONE DAY (without Cottage Rental):
$75.00 includes gas and oil
